Key responsibilities include maintaining brand standards, delivering excellent guest service, training team members, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have at least 6 months of restaurant operations experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills, with the ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• You must complete Shift Lead training classes.
• ServSafe certification may be required in certain states.

Responsabilidades

• Execute restaurant operations in conjunction with the General Manager.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintenance.
• Deliver excellent guest service and food quality.
• Support the General Manager in training internal candidates.
• Analyze restaurant operational and financial performance.
