Job summary

Leslie's Poolmart Inc. is hiring for a Shift Lead 2 to support the General Manager in daily retail operations at our Vacaville location.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, guide sales, and ensure the store runs smoothly. The role includes greeting customers, handling transactions with the POS system, maintaining a clean and organized store, assisting with merchandising and inventory, and performing opening/closing duties including deposits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience or retail experience.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Position requires open and closing duties, including bank deposits.
