Leslie's, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead 2 in Bakersfield, CA to provide excellent customer service and support the General Manager in daily store operations.

The role involves greeting customers, processing transactions, maintaining a clean store, and assisting with merchandising and inventory control. The position requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; driving license and training completion within two months are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience or retail experience.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Position requires open and closing duties, including bank deposits.
