Leslie's is seeking a Shift Lead to provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in daily retail operations. The role focuses on helping customers with pool and spa needs, processing sales with the POS system, and maintaining an inviting store environment.

The position includes opening/closing duties and potential for growth through the succession program. The pay range is $13.75 to $15.75 per hour, with compensation based on education, experience and internal equity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Customer service or retail experience expected.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and promptly complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised, welcoming store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Handle open and closing duties, including deposits.
