Leslie's Poolmart, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead 2 to provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in daily store operations. You will help ensure the store runs smoothly, greet customers, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming, well-merchandised environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience or retail experience.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Position requires open and closing duties, including bank deposits.
