Leslie's is looking for a Shift Lead 2 to provide exceptional customer service and support the General Manager in daily retail operations at our Bakersfield store. The role focuses on helping customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming, well-stocked environment.

You will participate in merchandising, inventory control, and open/close duties, including bank deposits, while fostering a positive team atmosphere. This position offers hourly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience or retail experience.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
