Papa John’s International is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas, ensuring high quality products and customer service while supporting restaurant profitability.

The role involves managing operations in line with company policies, procedures, and systems, and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices. The position requires 18+ years old, availability for long hours, and the ability to perform all restaurant duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours), including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, programs and systems and with laws.
• Maintain shift coverage and manage cash, inventory, and costs to support profitability.
• Provide feedback and correct issues; ensure product quality and customer service standards.
• Contribute to profit goals by adhering to company guidelines and using the FOCUS System.
