Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Shift Leader to help keep the store running smoothly and efficiently. You will supervise team members, assign shift tasks, and ensure quality, speed, and service standards are met.

You will handle cash deposits, shift paperwork, and open or close the restaurant based on the schedule. The role supports training of new hires and team coaching, resolves minor issues, and escalates when needed, all while promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior leadership or QSR experience preferred.
