Job summary

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Experience leading restaurant teams is a plus.
• Ability to train team members to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of restaurant and team during shifts.
• Train team to Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut standards.
• Resolve customer complaints using BLAST and prioritize customer needs.
• Manage inventory and food orders; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction on all shifts; enforce brand standards.
