DoorDash DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will oversee shifts, delegate tasks, maintain inventory, and ensure safety and quality across warehouse and light kitchen tasks.

The role requires reliability, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience in food, warehouse, or retail settings. A flexible schedule and collaborative mindset are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Food handling certificate required (DoorDash training provided).
• Flexible schedule; available for multiple shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Own assigned shifts in warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
• Maintain inventory and protect assets; ensure proper storage.
• Lead Operations Associates and serve as the escalation point for daily operations.
• Engage in professional interactions to maintain a safe, high-quality environment.
• Support operations in both warehouse and kitchen to deliver a superior customer experience.
