Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Arlington, TX is seeking an energetic shift lead to supervise station duties across fountain, grill, drive-thru, and front-of-house while helping to train new team members. This role enforces brand standards, ensures accurate prep, sanitation, and safety, and maintains efficient, friendly service during busy shifts.

Expect minimum 30 hours weekly with nights, weekends and holidays; you will lead shift meetings, report issues to the MOD, and help keep the operation running

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift duties and supervise station functions (fountain & grill, front of house).
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties and maintain safety.
