Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Texas to oversee station duties and ensure quality service. You will lead teams across fountain, grill, drive-thru (if applicable), and back-of-house tasks while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

You will also assist with new employee orientation, enforce standards, and manage shift meetings. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties to meet operational standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties and maintain hygiene in preparation areas.
• Maintain regular attendance as required.
