Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Texas is seeking a capable team member to perform, lead, and supervise station duties across fountain, grill, drive-thru as assigned, ensuring quality products and guests' satisfaction. You will assist with new employee orientation and training, follow policies, maintain sanitation, and uphold cleanliness by performing regular cleaning and supporting a fast-paced service environment.

Hours are minimum 30 per week with nights, weekends and holidays; strong communication,

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru) as assigned to meet operational standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties – including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease – pursuant to operational standards.
