Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a capable supervisory team member to lead and perform daily station duties across multiple service areas. You will supervise food prep, drive-thru operations where applicable, and ensure adherence to standards while training new staff. Prior restaurant knowledge is preferred.

Expect responsible shift leadership, reporting concerns to management, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout all areas. Regular attendance and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Multitasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, perform, and supervise station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable).
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties per standards.
• Lead shift meetings and report issues to MOD.
