Job summary

Lidl US in Royersford, PA is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to balance front-end operations with back-of-house duties. You will step in for store leadership, supervise tasks, and ensure a smooth daily flow across stocking, cleaning, and merchandising.

The role requires 1–2 years of leadership experience, strong customer service, and physical stamina. ServSafe certification is preferred or obtainable. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience.
• Excellent customer service skills with de‑escalation ability.
• Willingness to perform physical store duties including stocking and cleaning.
• Able to lift over 50 pounds and reach above 10 inches.
• Valid ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Lidl standards for cleanliness, freshness, product availability, and service.
• Run assigned shifts in absence of Store/Assistant Manager; support front end flow.
• Perform inventory receiving, cold chain, pricing changes, returns, and timekeeping.
• Manage stock handling to reduce shrink and meet store needs.
• Lead by example to ensure timely completion of tasks.
