• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind-blowing customer service and greet guests with a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships.
• Educate guests on value and help choose the best package.
• Assist guests pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate to meet sales goals and participate in opening/closing duties.
• Maintain site standards and ensure equipment is functioning and safe.
• Oversee productivity, breaks, and safety of team members.
• Ensure facilities are clean and presentable; comply with policies and procedures.
