Job summary

ModWash is seeking a Key Holder to run daily site operations, open and close the location, and drive membership sales while ensuring guests have a legendary experience. You will educate customers on unlimited wash memberships and assist them in choosing the best package for their needs.

You will work with a team to hit sales goals, maintain site standards, and keep equipment and facilities clean and presentable in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with a welcoming attitude.
• Experience in selling memberships or packages is a plus.
• Ability to clearly explain benefits and options to guests.

Responsibilities
