Job summary

ModWash in Orlando is hiring for a Full-time position to drive membership sales and deliver a legendary car wash experience. You’ll greet guests warmly, present ModWash packages, and guide customers to the best membership options while supporting daily site operations.

You’ll work with a dynamic team to hit sales goals, perform opening/closing duties, and keep equipment and facilities in top condition. A customer-first attitude and flexibility are key.

Qualifications

• Awesome customer service skills; sales experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and greet guests with a smile.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships.
• Educate guests on value and savings of memberships and help select packages.
• Open and close site duties as scheduled and maintain site standards.
• Support team with operations and safety; ensure clean facilities.
