Job summary

ModWash is hiring Guest Experience Members to run daily operations at a location and drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience that helps grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate guests on the value of unlimited wash memberships, greet customers warmly, present packages, collaborate with the team to hit sales goals, and keep facilities clean and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service.
• Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
