Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.

• This position entails access to export-controlled items and requires lawful access.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow through department on a daily basis to meet production schedule.
• Ensure daily production goals are met in both quantity and quality.
• Utilize production methods that reduce cost and increase productivity.
• Observe and report shortfalls to supervisor and maintain equipment using TPM.
• Uphold Howmet’s values and promote teamwork across departments.
• Communicate effectively with peers, superiors, and internal/external customers.
• Schedule alignment with Shared Resources, Central Stores, Tool Room, and Maintenance.
• Train operators using one-on-one methods and document training needs.
• Adhere to safety standards and 5S practices; comply with attendance policies.
