Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises an effective team; plans staffing and assigns work, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Provides coaching and feedback to employees; maintains documentation for disciplinary actions as needed.
• Directs training and orientation to ensure safety rules and company policies are understood.
• Schedules production and manages work teams to meet objectives and plant goals.
• Ensures compliance with EHS rules and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolves operational issues, analyzes production data, and coordinates with other departments to optimize flow.
• Participates in budget planning and goal setting for the operation.
