Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shift activities to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Meet daily production goals in quantity and quality.
• Apply TPM or similar methods to maintain equipment.
• Lead and mentor team, uphold company values and policies.
• Communicate with peers, subordinates, and internal/external customers.
• Schedule work to accommodate changes, absences, and overtime.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions, labor reporting, and audits.
• Identify training needs and train operators.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
