Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor safety compliance, and participate in shift-to-shift handoffs, applying TPM practices and 5S standards to sustain a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
• This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
• Associate degree from two-year college or technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow to meet production schedules.
• Ensure daily production goals are met in quantity and quality.
• Identify and report shortfalls to supervisor.
• Maintain equipment using TPM and related methods.
• Promote teamwork and communication across shifts and departments.
• Schedule coordination with Shared Resources, Central Stores, Tool Room and Maintenance.
• Adhere to work systems, instructions, and audits.
• Identify training needs and train operators using one-on-one methods.
