Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/shift-to-shift work activities to meet customer delivery schedules under the direction of Department Supervisor.
• Maintain production goals in quantity and quality, following TPM or other methods to reduce cost and increase productivity.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules, 5S program, and work rules handbook; monitor and correct safety issues.
• Communicate effectively with peers, superiors, internal and external customers; participate in training and turnover activities.
