Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow daily to meet production schedule.
• Ensure daily production goals are met in quantity and quality.
• Utilize production methods that reduce cost and increase productivity.
• Adhere to TPM and maintain equipment.
• Lead with Howmet’s values; promote teamwork and ethical guidelines.
• Communicate with peers, supervisors, customers and suppliers.
• Schedule shift assignments and overtime; coordinate with Shared Resources/Tool Room.”
• Ensure adherence to work systems, instructions, and audits.
• Identify and document training needs; train operators.
