Responsibilities

• Coordinate work activities on a daily basis to meet production schedules under supervisor.
• Ensure daily production goals are met in quantity and quality.
• Utilize production methods to reduce cost and increase productivity.
• Adhere to performance standards and report shortfalls.
• Maintain equipment using TPM or similar methods.
• Support shift scheduling and turnover; communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Foster safety and 5S practices in the work area.
