Job summary

Qualifications

• This position requires one year of food service experience.
• Within 90 days, obtain TIPS/ServSafe and Alcohol certifications.
• ServSafe Food Safety certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train servers in restaurant service standards.
• Stock and set up restaurant and catering tables for shifts.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by timely food and beverage orders.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings to discuss objectives and specials.
• Suggest wine pairings to complement guest selections.
• Familiar with local beverage offerings and product knowledge.
