AATMOS Hotels’ Heirloom Room in Gatlinburg seeks a server who brings warmth and expertise to elevated dining. You guide guests through menus, offer informed wine and bourbon recommendations, and ensure a memorable experience from greeting to farewell.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of fine dining or upscale service experience preferred.
• Wine, whiskey, and bourbon knowledge strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient table service that reflects The Heirloom Room's standards.
• Anticipate and accommodate guest needs throughout the dining experience.
• Inform guests of daily specials, menu changes, and featured offerings.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on local area attractions and activities.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, flavors, and preparation methods.
• Guide guests through the wine, whiskey, and bourbon program, including food pairings and selections.
• Stay current on menu changes, seasonal offerings, and featured items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them correctly to the kitchen.
• Ensure all food is prepared to guest satisfaction and company standards — return any incorrect or improperly prepared items to the kitchen.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently as guests complete their meals.
• Process guest checks and closing paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify guest identification to confirm legal drinking age.
• Follow all AATMOS safety, sanitation, and service standards at all times.
