Job summary

Legacy Lodge at Lanier Islands seeks a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead dining outlets, bars, and related facilities. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high service standards, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.

The role requires at least two years in food and beverage, with one year in supervision, plus flexibility for evenings and weekends and a focus on safety, cost control, and staff development in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within hospitality or resort settings.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree/certification is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays per resort operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to uphold service standards.
• Ensure guest interactions are positive and respond to feedback promptly.
• Oversee daily dining operations and coordinate with kitchen and bar for accurate orders.
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering and storage compliance.
• Maintain health, safety, and quality standards across dining areas.
• Support budget tracking, labor costs, and productivity to hit targets.
• Assist in organizing events and large group bookings in coordination with teams.
• Foster cross-department communication to ensure cohesive guest service.
