The role involves leading the team, handling the appointment schedule, and stepping in as manager-on-duty when needed, with compensation including base pay, commissions, and tips. Weekend and peak time availability required. Pay range is $45.50-$47.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the applying state.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair in a salon.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Effective communication, problem solving and people skills in a fast-paced retail/salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and develop leadership to provide top-tier guest experience.
• Lead by example with sales and service behaviors in all guest interactions.
• Support front of house and back of house operations and assist guests with retail orders.
