Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is hiring a Shift Lead to manage daily operations, lead shifts, and ensure excellent customer service. You will oversee opening/closing routines, cash handling, and inventory tasks while modeling engagement and quality.

The role requires at least 1 year in a leadership role and POS/cash handling experience, with availability of three days per week including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S. are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a leadership role directing others.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling responsibilities.
• Minimum availability of three days a week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities
