Peet’s Coffee is hiring a Shift Lead to direct daily operations and lead a fast-paced team on-site. You will open/close routines, handle cash responsibly, stock and update visuals, while delivering warm, high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a leadership role or directing others.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling responsibilities.
• Availability for a minimum of three days a week, including early mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the country where this job is located.
• Comply with Peet's Minors policies and work with minors if needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus and clarity, manage task deployment and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine engagement, craft, quality, and friendly service.
• Support a positive team environment with clear communication and accountability.
• Ensure operational excellence by opening/closing routines, cash handling, inventory tasks, and visual updates.
• Adapt to learning and changing priorities to keep shifts running smoothly.
