Job summary

Applegreen USA operates a Burger King location in South Carolina and is seeking a Shift Lead to support the GM and AGM. The role oversees a Crew Members shift, maintains standards, and helps ensure fast, friendly service within brand guidelines.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, requiring strong communication and leadership, with flexibility for varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work across all shifts.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Frequent standing for long periods and ability to lift 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members and performs duties of Crew Member when necessary.
