Job summary

Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii is launching a brand-new South Broadway store in Englewood, CO and is seeking a bold Shift Lead to set the tone and lead from the front as the team builds a top-notch guest experience.

Training will occur at the Belmar location in Lakewood before the opening, with regular shifts transitioning to the new South Broadway shop. Availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who is energetic, dependable and customer-focused.
• Excellent communication and ability to motivate and coach staff.
• Organized multitasker who can keep the shift moving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts to ensure smooth operations and great guest experience.
• Set the tone for service and the Bad Ass Coffee Aloha spirit.
• Support training and coaching of baristas to build confidence and speed.
• Learn and reinforce recipes, service expectations, and standards.
• Handle opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and guest concerns.
