Job summary

SunLife Organics in Miami is seeking a SunLife Samurai to lead by example and deliver outstanding guest experiences with enthusiasm. You’ll mentor associates, maintain standards, and help drive a positive team culture.

You will keep operations running smoothly, ensure cleanliness and safety, manage inventory, and engage with the local community. The role pays $15.50 per hour plus tips, with weekend and holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of food service experience (preferred).
• A passion for leadership, customer service, and all things SunLife.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to stay energized and efficient in a fast-paced environment, while keeping a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: You’re the go-to person for setting the tone, keeping things running smoothly, and leading by example. You'll manage and mentor associates, ensuring the team stays motivated and aligned with SunLife's goals.
• Create an Amazing Experience: Greet guests with a smile, offer recommendations, and ensure products are made to perfection.
• Keep Things Running: Maintain cleanliness, safety, inventory control, and adherence to policies; assist in daily operations.
• Teamwork & Training: Build strong relationships, address conflicts, and train new associates on standards, products, and systems.
• Community Champion: Engage with local events and nearby businesses to build brand loyalty.
