Job summary

SunLife Organics in Manhattan Beach, CA is seeking a dynamic SunLife Samurai to lead by example and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll mentor associates, keep operations smooth, and help maintain a vibrant, clean shop with top‑notch service.

With a starting rate of $19.42 per hour plus tips, you’ll join a team that values energy, teamwork, and community involvement. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is requested as you grow into a leadership role and inspire others.

Qualifications

• 6 months of food service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, customer service, and SunLife spirit.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to stay energized in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: be the go-to person for tone, motivation, and team alignment.
