SunLife Organics in Miami Beach is seeking a SunLife Samurai to lead guest experiences and motivate the team, whether behind the counter or on the floor. You will set the standard for service with enthusiasm and top-notch hospitality.

You'll oversee daily operations, coach associates, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and inventory control while adhering to SunLife's policies. This role offers opportunities to grow leadership skills and build community ties.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 months of food service experience (preferred).
• A passion for leadership, customer service, and all things SunLife.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to stay energized and efficient in a fast-paced environment, while keeping a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Lead & Inspire: you're the go-to person for setting the tone, keeping things running smoothly, and leading by example.
• Create an Amazing Experience: greet guests with a smile, offer expert recommendations, and ensure products are made to perfection.
• Keep Things Running: oversee cleanliness, safety, inventory control, and adherence to policies; assist in absence of senior manager.
• Teamwork & Training: train new associates, foster a collaborative environment, and address conflicts on the floor.
• Community Champion: engage with local events and nearby businesses to build brand loyalty.
