Job summary

SunLife Organics in Bee Cave, TX is seeking a SunLife Samurai to lead by example and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll mentor associates, greet guests, and ensure products are prepared to perfection while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role pays $12/hour + tips with a $16/hour guaranteed, with the guarantee supplementing pay to meet this rate. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required; growth and community involvement are encouraged.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of food service experience.
• Passion for leadership, customer service, and SunLife spirit.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Energetic and efficient in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor associates to keep the team motivated and aligned.
• Greet guests, offer recommendations, and ensure products are made to perfection.
• Oversee daily operations, safety, inventory, and policy adherence.
