Job summary

SunLife Organics in Los Angeles is seeking a Samurai to lead by example, inspire the crew, and deliver the ultimate guest experience with enthusiasm and top-notch service. You’ll manage and mentor associates, oversee daily operations, ensure cleanliness and safety, train new staff, participate in community events, and help grow leadership within a dynamic, fast-paced cafe environment.

The role includes weekend/evening shifts with a competitive hourly rate of $19.42 plus tips, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Six months of food service experience preferred.
• Leadership and customer service passion required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor associates to keep the team motivated and aligned with SunLife goals.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a welcoming, knowledgeable approach.
• Maintain daily operations, cleanliness, safety, and policy adherence; step in for senior staff as needed.
• Train new associates on standards, products, and systems.
• Engage with the local community and build brand loyalty through events.
