SunLife Organics in Nashville's 12 South location is seeking a SunLife Samurai to lead by example and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As the heartbeat of the team, you’ll motivate associates, mentor staff, and help drive SunLife's culture.

The rate is $15 per hour with tips, plus perks like shift meals and employee discounts. You’ll oversee operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, train newcomers, and engage with local events to grow leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of food service experience (preferred).
• A passion for leadership, customer service and SunLife values.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to stay energized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team, set the tone, and mentor associates.
• Create an amazing guest experience with friendly service and recommendations.
• Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, safety, inventory, and policy adherence.
• Train new associates on SunLife standards, products and systems.
• Engage with the local community and build brand loyalty.
