Job summary

Prospect Capital Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team and ensure the Jersey Mike’s experience for customers. The role requires leading a small crew, opening/closing duties, and adherence to operational checklists in a fast-paced environment.

You will work 35-40 hours per week with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs. The position offers an hourly wage plus tips and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
