Job summary

Activate Games in Roseville, MN is seeking a Store Lead on a full-time, permanent basis to drive exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll guide customers, coach Game Facilitators, and keep operations running smoothly by solving escalations and coordinating team efforts.

The role covers customer and store operations, team leadership, and maintenance, with shifts starting as early as 8 am and ending around 1 am.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on engaging customer relations.
Demonstrated collaborator and experience overseeing a team of 10+ is an asset.
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software is an asset.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and emails and capitalize opportunities to accommodate customer needs; troubleshoot bookings.
Assist customer at check-in, create and receive invoices, take payments, and perform overrides at check-in.
Resolve customer complaints and elevate to the Store Leader as required.
Communicate status of the facility and rooms to the team and customers for the best experience.
Apply Activate Programs in compliance with company standards.
