Leslie's is hiring a Shift Lead 2 to provide exceptional customer service and support the General Manager in daily retail operations at our Memphis location. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, with compensation determined by education, experience, and internal equity.

The role requires greeting customers, processing sales via POS, maintaining a clean, welcoming store, assisting with merchandising and inventory, and handling opening/closing duties including bank deposits.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and retail experience.
• Leadership experience preferred; ability to lead a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Willingness to complete required training within two months.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
