Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP is seeking a Shift Leader in Hephzibah, GA to supervise daily restaurant operations and drive exceptional guest service. This hourly role emphasizes cleanliness, food safety, and consistent speed of service across shifts.

You will train staff, handle opening/closing tasks, and ensure operations meet company standards. Requires 18+ with prior supervisory experience, flexible hours, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Internal promotion preferred after completing training and certifications.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Solid oral and written communication skills with a can-do attitude.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and appearance.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Promote new menu items and make recommendations.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair treatment and legal compliance.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Report safety concerns to management and HR as needed.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits.
