Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Shift Lead to support site operations and develop foundational leadership skills. This role works under the Site/Assistant Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly during shifts, focusing on execution, team support, and safety.

The position emphasizes hands-on operational experience with no staffing decisions or formal leadership duties, preparing for potential growth in leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities).
• Must pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment (retail, car wash, ) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational tasks; ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
• Provide direction to team members during shifts as delegated by site management.
• Escalate staffing, customer service, or operational issues requiring judgment to the Site Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Greet and engage customers, promoting membership programs and promotions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, promotions, and processes.
