Job summary

Domino’s is hiring a dependable Shift Lead to guide daily store operations, assist customers, and prepare pizzas while upholding quality and service standards. You’ll help manage the shift, train new team members, and ensure a safe, clean, productive environment.

Prior leadership experience helps, but we’re willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous restaurant, retail, customer service, or leadership experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to use computers, touchscreens, phones, and basic workplace technology.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as store needs.
• Willingness to learn and follow Domino’s standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• As a Shift Lead, you’ll lead day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts.
• Direct team members and maintain shift priorities.
• Assist customers at the front counter and pickup window.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
• Take and process orders accurately and prepare pizzas per standards.
• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and service speed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store.
• Coach team members and help train new staff.
• Manage workflow and adjust priorities during busy periods.
• Communicate shift information to store management.
