Job summary

Domino’s is hiring dependable, motivated Shift Leads to help guide our team and keep the store running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll work alongside the team, direct the shift, and help maintain high standards.

You’ll still help customers, make pizzas, clean, stock, and support daily operations while taking responsibility for the shift and team performance. Training is provided for the right candidate; starting pay is $12.25 per hour and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Must meet applicable minimum age requirements for the position.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous restaurant, retail, customer service, or leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts.
• Direct team members and keep everyone focused on shift priorities.
• Assist customers at the front counter and pickup window.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
• Take and process orders accurately.
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Domino’s standards.
• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and service speed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store.
• Delegate cleaning, stocking, and operational tasks.
• Coach team members on procedures and performance.
• Help train and support new team members.
• Manage workflow and adjust priorities during busy periods.
• Support a positive, respectful, and accountable team environment.
• Follow company policies, food safety standards, and operating procedures.
