Qualifications

• Must meet applicable minimum age requirements for the position.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous restaurant, retail, customer service, or leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to use computers, touchscreens, phones, and basic workplace technology.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts, including setting pace and directing the team.
• Assist customers at the front counter and pickup window; handle concerns calmly and professionally.
• Take and process orders accurately; prepare pizzas and menu items to Domino’s standards.
• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and service speed; maintain a clean, organized store.
• Delegate tasks, coach team members, and train new staff.
• Manage workflow and adjust priorities during busy periods; communicate shift information to management.
