Job summary

Domino’s is hiring a dependable Shift Lead to guide a team, help run the store, and maintain high standards. You’ll assist customers, prepare pizzas, and support daily operations while taking on shift accountability.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement and on-the-job training. Previous management experience helps but is not required; a strong work ethic and reliable attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service helps but is not required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team, and management.

Responsibilities

• AsShift Lead, guide daily store operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead by example, delegate tasks, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Assist customers at front counter and pickup window with friendly service.
• Prepare pizzas and menu items to Domino's standards, monitor quality and speed.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and store organization; coach new team members.
