Job summary

Domino’s is hiring dependable Shift Leads to guide the team and keep the store running smoothly. This hands-on leadership role involves directing the shift, maintaining standards, solving problems, and supporting daily operations as you help customers and the team.

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and follow Domino’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and set the pace for the team.
• Direct team members and keep shift priorities.
• Assist customers at front counter and pickup window.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
• Take and process orders accurately.
• Prepare pizzas and menu items per Domino’s standards.
• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and service speed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store.
• Coach team members and train new staff.
• Ensure tasks are completed and shift ends well.
